how easy is it to feel pumped about Jesus and what He's doing in your life when everything is wonderful? when everything seems to be evidently working together for your immediate good?

what about when the storms come? when the tears fall? when the pain surrounds? when darkness blinds? when confusion and despair seep into your bones?

I WILL PRAISE YOU, LORD, EVEN THEN!

that is when we MOST need to praise Him.

praise loosens the mortar of any prison you find yourself in.

I WILL WORSHIP YOU, MY KING, EVEN AS THE WORLD FALLS TO PIECES, I WILL SING YOUR NAME.
MAY YOUR NAME BE PRAISED.
BE EXALTED, O LORD OF HEAVEN AND EARTH!
YOU REIGN ABOVE ALL.

I am 41% Geek.
Geek? Yes, but at least I got social skills.
You probably work in computers, or a history deptartment at a college. You never really fit in with the "normal" crowd. But you have friends, and this is a good thing.
